應該是家庭公寓式，酒店和飯店在一起，而且房間就在餐廳之內，入住時正好有一大桌客人，好尷尬，房間都是酒味，房間在街邊，有些吵，沒有電梯。老闆人還行，床品也還乾淨。

酒店非常好，推薦前往。地處繁華地段，在下洋鎮的中心位置，打卡各種美食距離都很近。房間新裝修過，簡約大氣，乾淨舒服。

一般，定了三間房，房間樣式都不一樣，門外是辦酒席的大桌子，有點詫異。衞生間還可以，乾淨。床品質量和衞生不行，沒脱衣服睡，家人手臂還被咬了倆包，店員很熱情，服務挺好的，沒有電梯幫忙搬行李，鎮上很熱鬧，位置在街口，普通窗户，隔音不行。空調聲音很大，房間設備都很老，近三百的價格春節在鎮上湊合一晚。

房間、衞生間整體較為乾淨整潔，舒適度較好；服務人員態度較好，面帶微笑；地理位置靠近中心地帶，早餐、夜宵都比較方便

酒店算是比較乾淨的，去完土樓可以在這邊休息，床不會太硬睡得還可以。
不好的是空調基本是直接對着頭吹的，以及樓下有個豬肉檔，6點左右會開始剁肉，比較吵，窗簾不太遮光，又剛好在床頭，早上又光又亮比較影響睡眠
