簡直無法忍受，枕套破的，枕芯被褥非常的黃。要重新裝修過為什麼不在布草上花點錢換掉。浴巾也是破的。做了一晚的惡夢。孩子一個晚上睡覺手打腳踢。一直到凌晨 4 點才睡安穩，真的就是煎熬。 我父親一個大男人都説睡得癢死枕頭很臭。前台姐姐服務態度很好。房務很一般，被子裏面掉出線。她説是洗窗簾洗出來的，窗簾也一起送去洗滌廠洗的。我簡直無語，就算線夾在被套上。沒弄出來就是你的責任。關洗滌廠什麼事？

在所有酒店住宿中，這是最讓我觸目驚心的一次。
剛辦理入住的時候就感覺酒店陳舊，但想着反正住一晚舊點也舊點，乾淨就行。
進房間有比較濃的煙味（本人不吸煙，對煙味比較敏感）。後來到洗手間，看到洗手池台下發黴心裏就很不舒服（櫃子裏的圖片就不發了，相當噁心），但懶得換房也就忍了。
因入住的時候已經是晚上飯點，客户也在等着招待所以放下東西就走了，凌晨一點左右回到房間，很困也就直接躺下休息沒留意被子。
第二醒來一看，極其震驚，在潔白被套裏面竟然是污穢殘留物痕跡的被子。
當時就聯繫了酒店前台，但處理態度和處理能力比較一般，沒要求退房費也沒要求給予其他補償，因為想着一旦接受酒店給予的補償就不好意思將這種不負責任的行為曝光出來了，我選擇拒絕賠償，將事件曝光出來警示其他消費者。
大家入住這家酒店一定要注意，物品衞生這塊。

花同樣的價錢，從11號入住到17號一直説空調在保養，什麼空調保養那麼久啊，把人往死的熱，請大家察亮眼睛不要入住，設施陳舊。衞生條件一般。11號到現在每天都説空調保養，這嚴重侵犯了消費者的平等權利。

第一次在攜程給差評……
首先是衝著這家酒店的夜宵特色入住的，結果攜程預訂了酒店告知不含夜宵，入住的時候並沒有任何告知，如果提醒了這個價格不包含夜宵我可以選擇補錢，而不是讓我看到**上面的價格258就包含2人夜宵及早餐，攜程預訂的我的房費是214，到餐廳用夜宵補差額卻需要49每位，打電話給酒店前台，前台人員説是早班的人員沒有告知，她會提醒，然後沒了，態度也不誠懇，沒有任何道歉。
然後看一下房間的設施，酒店很老了，外面温度21，酒店空調温度27度，風速調最大了也一直降不下來，非常熱！房間燈很暗，馬桶上有煙頭印，床單破的，辦理入住的時候前台三個人沒有一個人跟我們打招呼，還是我先跟她們説的你好有預訂，退房的時候拿房卡給前台也是一樣的，沒有打招呼沒有告知按金退回沒有叫阿姨查房，還是我主動問是不是按金會退回，才説對的這樣就可以了，直接讓我走。
服務態度真的很糟糕！
這個價格在龍巖真的沒必要來這裏住這破舊的老酒店，衝著免費夜宵特色來的也沒有必要，餐品根本沒有**上面發的那麼多，東西一般。
