龍巖冬天3--15度的天氣，晚上十點回到酒店，洗澡，衹有温水（水温比不加熱的自來水略微高一點點，完全不熱），打電話給前台問怎麼回事，過了五分鐘後，前台回電話（以下原話）:你好，你剛才問熱水沒有的的事情，是這樣的，我們酒店用的是太陽能加熱系統，這個時間段可能洗澡的人太多，所以熱水不太夠，你可能等一至兩個小時之後洗澡水就比較熱了。
我楞了，問她:現在已經晚上十點多，你讓我等兩小時才有熱水洗澡?我不明白你想表達什麼，而且你毫無歉意（因為打電話的人連個對不起都沒有説）。
酒店打電話的人繼續説:那我難道不給你打電話不告訴你要等一下才有熱水洗澡嗎?要不你開門我讓保安大叔進去看一下
我跟同事，兩女的，都換了睡衣，大晚上開房門讓保安大叔進房間?這是什麼腦回路?而且不是為了解決問題，衹是讓一個男的進來再看看水熱不熱，難道我和同事的體温感覺不正常，要讓別的人再感覺一下?
酒店空調外機很吵，早上六點左右後麪養殖場的雞會打鳴鵝會叫

空調振動聲大，感覺是固定不穩固。反饋後，客房人員來查看，然後就無下文了，沒處理，沒換房間，連句解釋都沒有。另外，房間裏面有蚊子，晚上沒睡好
