位置在土樓王景區的入口，步行到景區10分鐘，樓下可以停車方便自駕的客人！裝修風格喜歡，衞生也不錯，布草乾淨沒怪味道！房間有大大的窗户可以看看風景，雖然是對着公路！晚上的時候在桌子周圍發現很多螞蟻，可能是我打包了吃的，這個店家看處理防禦一下！另外Wi-Fi不行，有信號但是沒網！

住了三天，實在是太喜歡這家民宿了，前台服務好，熱情待客，衞浴乾濕分離，房間很大，舒適度在永定當地民宿裏排名前列，而且就在土樓王景區邊上，步行直達，停車也方便。推薦！

地理位置巨好，走路去承啟樓的話大概就是10分鐘左右。而且有免費的停車場。關鍵是離高速公路非常近，下高速沒有幾分鐘就到客棧了。晚上到了以後吃個飯就可以預約預約夜遊的導遊直接去看夜間亮燈的土樓。。住宿條件也挺好的，就有一個小小的建議，房間裏還是應該放一點板凳，方便大家放東西和坐。

房間很大，衞生可以，近景區400米左右，店家很和善給我們介紹了土樓王飯店吃飯，飯店老闆的兒子帶我們夜遊承啟樓，體驗感很好，強力推薦，美中不足就是我的房間靠近減速帶睡覺有點吵。

去土樓定的住宿，離土樓王很近，出門走幾步就到了，新的裝修，比較滿意，就是有些設施還沒有，比如衣架沒有。沒地掛衣服，不過無所謂乾淨衞生就好了
