I was traveling with my children, so I booked a twin room. However, there were only two pillows and I couldn't get an extra one. They said it was because the room was full! Aren’t two pillows per bed standard? I have never encountered such a substandard hotel.
Hygiene is also not up to standard, the toilet is dirty, and the stains on the wash basin are particularly obvious! It is not recommended to choose this hotel for family travel.
