酒店客房乾淨整潔，最帖心的是有自助的洗衣房，和自助服務區，對於出差的我們很方便，酒店位置很優越，就在客運中心站附近2公里內，離萬寶廣場開車15分鐘就到，特別的方便，這次的出差這邊辦事，酒店服務超級好，前台小哥哥小姐姐很暖心，很有禮貌主動打招呼，很有親切感，而且還可以免費停車，真的很贊，很滿意！

這次帶孩子到龍巖，入住的體驗堪稱完美！酒店貼心提供來回動車站接送服務，一下車就感受到滿滿的安心，省去了打車的煩惱，而且剛到酒店就有夜宵可以吃！早餐小孩很愛吃，地道的龍巖清湯粉，炒粉，小籠包都很好吃，難得走早餐好吃的酒店！房間跟衞生間都很大，不會壓抑，最好的是床鋪軟硬適中，加上贈送的蒸汽眼罩，讓我晚上睡得特別好。酒店周邊出行便捷，打車輕鬆，去哪兒都方便。最難得的是，性價比超高，價格親民，花這樣的錢能享受如此優質的服務和設施，絕對是住宿的不二之選，下次來龍巖還住這兒！

床很舒服，衞生也好，設施比較新，周邊環境不是很好，吃飯不方便，位置有點偏。有小冰箱很方便，門口有動車經過，關着窗户聲音到不大，不影響睡眠。一層大廳有免費小物品提供，如蒸汽眼罩，牙線，壓縮洗臉巾，牛油果卸粧巾，紅糖薑茶等等，晚上提供免費粥，可送到房間，前台服務很熱情有問必答。早餐很豐富，有地方特色的清湯麪，簸萁粄。有炒菜，炒麪，雞蛋，粥。

天哪天哪！第一次在龍巖住到這麼特別的酒店。服務特別的好，預訂下去，酒店就會聯繫我們什麼時候到龍巖，若是坐動車來，可以來接，我和我女兒兩人下動車就看到酒店的司機。特別的貼心。到酒店後，又幫我們免費升級了房型，真的太棒了。説實話，酒店的性價比爆棚了，大大的浴缸和智能聲控的房間，小孩都很喜歡。
到晚上酒店還有送粥，每天的粥的品種不同，這個也很貼心呢
最值得一提的是，第二天我們去玩，在大廳坐着等車，前台小姐姐會很貼心的説需不需要拿幾瓶水帶去，天氣熱。這小小的細節，讓人真的很喜歡也覺得很貼心。
龍巖也算住過很多酒店了，三四百塊一晚的外島城市酒店都沒有這樣的服務。真的！下次還會來的，必須好評加超級推薦！！！

酒店衞生非常乾淨！房間整潔無異味，床品和毛巾都很清新，住得很舒心。保潔人員也很細心，下次還會選擇這裏！停車方便，停車場很大，地面地下室都有。

全5分。1 服務好，剛下完訂單，前台就打電話要不要去動車站接。我是自駕，衹需要停車位，他們家有地上地下停車場，停車相當方便。2 辦理入住時前台小范美女很熱情，看我們有3個人，貼心的為我們升級了房型，還問要不要幫我們提行李，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，我果斷的又續住一晚。 3 早餐豐富，味道不錯。4 衞生都很好。5 周邊小吃多。以後有機會來龍巖會繼續入住

前台小姐姐服務熱情，耐心解答，會盡可能的滿足客人的需求。酒店二樓的早晨菜品豐富，體驗感良好。房間床墊很軟，乾淨整潔，還是語音智能客控，很方便。大廳還有眼罩，皮筋，卸粧巾，免費咖啡牛奶等供我們使用，很貼心。每次來龍巖都會選擇住這家~~
