我們帶父母一起出行的，父母住的那間房間衞生特別差，到處都是蟲子，還有之前客人住宿遺留的水果，都腐亂到房間也沒人清理，這是住過有史以來最差的住宿，噁心的我們今天身上都在發癢

房間設施還可以，是靠山體這邊的房間，看不到草原，隔音不好，外邊説話啥的聽的一清二楚，景區是好玩的，涼快。

（能看到這條評論就換一家酒店訂）非常糟糕！隔音極差！差到離譜！！！走廊的聲音聽得一清二楚。晚上9點外面走廊一直有人在大吵大鬧，一直到10點多才消停。早上7點半走廊開始孩子在尖叫。
樓下廚房的抽油煙機一直轟隆隆的響，沒停過。
房間有股異味。
我們忘記帶房卡，前台讓阿姨上去幫忙開門，阿姨看了前台一眼，理都不理。我們就在前台站着。

特別感謝前台小李，小白！幫我細心的保管好遺失在酒店的鑰匙包，裏面有兩個身份證，還要幫我送到山下，快遞迴西安。這服務太好了！酒店讓人住着放心啊！特別再次感謝酒店服務人員！感謝小白，小李！另外，房間收拾得很乾凈，洗澡水熱也大，挺舒服的。值得信賴！

設施：不隔音！ 不隔音！ 不隔音！
不隔音到什麼程度，走廊的走路聲，行李箱聲，説話聲，你在房間內聽的清清楚楚，再就是左右隔壁，聲音大點就能聽到，隔壁用洗手枱以及浴室的使用，也都能聽到，我聽了一晚上打麻將的聲音，你説你酒店本來隔音就不好，弄什麼麻將房
睡眠不好的人簡直就是折磨，有這錢還不如去隴縣住，睡車裡都比睡酒店強
服務：正常來講300多的酒店！ 沒有抽紙、沒有免費的水，房間裏有放一桶水，但是要付費。
我真的不知道如何評論了，頭一次在景區碰到這樣的情況
之前去大理古城：酒店貴是貴 400左右 但是人家環境和服務都很好啊，就讓人願意掏這個錢
這次的旅程住宿問題真的是越想越氣

環境較差 旺季加價太高 隔音太差了 熱水洗澡還是有時間限制 10分鐘 就要燒半個小時 還沒有提前説 最後按金100 衹退了80 自己品把

房間還可以吧，比較在國慶節，核心位置，早上起來看着空曠的草原，心曠神怡，有一個特別好的地方就是，我帶兩張早餐券，帶着倆孩子，我想着給大的孩子補一下餐券，服務大姐説，孩子不用補了免費，這個真的好讓人意外。所以，酒店可能不足的地方，沖這一點我全部好評。

中秋節去的，400多的大床房，打開窗户就是一堵牆。房間地面不乾淨，有頭髮。門鎖也是壞的，不能反鎖。最重要的熱水衹有十來分鐘，洗澡洗到一半沒熱水了，一問才知道用的電熱水器，衹能提供十來分鐘熱水，用完了得等着燒。定之前看攜程上評分衹有3.8分，從酒店外觀圖片上看着像個酒店，實際入住後發現其實就一民宿，攜程網友給的3.8分誠不欺我。另外關山的飯館也是無一例外的又貴又難吃，貴就罷了，畢竟景區我也認，可是既然炒了就不能炒個正常口味嗎，實在無法理解。最後，關山風景還可以吧，單就風景來説也值了。
