明明訂單上面説有空調，房間裏卻沒有實物，電視線都不插擺在那裡有什麼用，濫竽充數嗎？洗澡間花灑都是壞的，大冬天的都沒有熱水，真是一言難盡，體驗感非常不好

房間面積很大，床上用品乾淨，床墊睡得很舒服。房間設施齊全，衞生間比較大，在裏面洗漱不壓抑，非常棒!!!

難得回老家一趟，作為當地人，對此酒店服務設施實在不敢恭維，設施簡陋是地域性偏差情有可原，房間實際面積與描述面積嚴重不符（單間）尚可接受，雙人標間面積基本符合，本人就事論事，畢竟價格在哪兒。但是，前台服務態度惡劣、蠻狠是最讓人接受不了的，如果不是因為太晚，擔心投訴爭議引起不良影響，讓外地親朋看笑話，必回追究到底。發表此評價，就是希望酒店管理者注重服務這一細節，抓好服務質量，體現隴西人良好形象！
