本人定的四人房，到店以後才知道老闆把我定的給了別人，而且房間冷問老闆開空調，老闆怕空調費電説他們的空調沒有遙控器開不了，登記完身份證放前台，退房以後身份證遺落前台，前台也不打電話通知，返回取的時候老闆以沒聯繫方式為由不通知，感覺這次住賓館真的太差太差
