The second guest room has a queen bed and a view of the lake There's a queen futon and a couch to fit 2 additional people if needed. The kitchen is fully supplied. There's a laundry room with an iron and ironing board. Utilities, cable and wi-fi are all included. There are 2 different working areas with desks. 30 minutes to the theme Parks 15 minutes to Sanford airport and 30 minutes to the Orlando Airport. The space is cozy, quiet, comfortable and extremely well located. It has all the essentials to get you started: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, tea and trash bags. Guests must have valid credentials/subscriptions to use any and all streaming services.
