Right when I got to my room the remote batteries were low the front office wouldn't even answer and I called four times. Then while me and my kids were laying in our bed about 10:00 10:30 p.m. a man walks up in our room. Then we was promised breakfast what did we get down there to find? Cereal and blueberry muffins. Then when we went back up to our room from breakfast we couldn't even get in our room we had to walk all the way back to the office to get another key. The pool was not working it was 30 there was couches sitting all outside of the rooms and it looked homelessly crazy. We didn't even get an apology for any of this. But they sure did get my $92 Plus tax.

I am a contract worker and was working in the area for a year. I didn't need much just a clean bed and a relative nice place. I got to know the manager and his family, they worked with my schedule, and were very understanding about how often I would be staying. It's not a high-end hotel, like in the name, it's just a little hometown inn. You get a clean room, understanding management, a fridge, clean bathroom, and a good air conditioner. If I pick up a contract in the area, I wouldn't go anywhere else. It has all that I need, and more thanks to the people I have come to know.

We booked here based on the reviews. What an awful experience! We specifically asked the gal at the desk if she had any available king bed rooms at the FRONT of the hotel away from the freeway. She clearly stated she had booked the last king room. We told her double queens were fine as long as they were at the FRONT of the hotel. She agreed & we paid her. My husband went up to the room and the room was on the BACK side of the hotel facing the freeway. He went down and told her the room wouldn’t work as it was far too noisy. He told her we would need to cancel our reservation, and she said there would be a $25. Cancel fee!!! WAIT….this was her fault! After speaking with the manager, the manager said there was a king room on the front side of the hotel she could give us! Why would the girl at the desk say all her king rooms were fully booked? We took the room, we were exhausted., we just needed a quiet nights sleep. The pictures are of a lumpy comforter…balls of fabric stuck in the quilted squares. There are plenty of other choices near here….DON”T STAY HERE!
