I love the customer service they have a very friendly can do attitude staff willing to help. The cleanliness of the hotel is very immaculate. Their housekeepers even take the time to clean and sanitize the elevators. All common areas are always nice and well kept. Breakfast changes frequently as far as the eggs and breakfast meats so you get a very good variety. And I just have to speak on the staff again because they give excellent customer service it could be the middle of the night and you could be in need of a Band-Aid I guarantee they're going to do everything to make sure you're taken care of.

Very clean and perfectly located for where we going. Staff was friendly and breakfast and coffee bar was good. Overall we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was good with the stay until we woke up the next morning. Girlfriend woke up with a two small areas on here arm that were red and hot. We went to breakfast and noticed that area on her arm was spreading. Went back to the room gathered our belongings and left. Shortly after leaving we went to the ER to have her arm looked at. Was told it was an insect sting. We were in room 320 if y’all needed to do an extra look on it. Other than that tags in the stay was amazing.

Hardest mattress, furniture is just tubular metal, very uncomfortable. Also this is a 100% pet friendly facility. Upon arrival after you paid in full on booking, they collected $25. They said it was to cover items you might use during the stay. There was nothing in the room except soap and shampoo. When we checked out after less than 8 hours we were told that a refund should be issued via email within 4-5 days.

Check-in was 3. We were there 2:55. They had some trouble finding a room ready. At 2:59 I asked if there wZ a problem, and she said well check-on wasn't until 3. We were disappointed to find out the pool had just been closed. That was primary reason for choosing this hotel. I know they couldn't have done anything about that. When we pulled up workers were out by the front door on what appeared to be a smoke break. One employee went in as we did and left her cigarette pack on the counter beside her. Got to our room a little after 3 and it wasn't reai. The lady cleaning was on another room and said she forgot to finish. Within a few minutes of getting into our room, the TV was having some issues. We called for assistance and there was no answer at the front desk after calling several times. We got housekeeping to look at at and they called someone to assist. Just general frustration of them not being ready, not prepared, etc. The hotel was nice and breakfast was good, just customer support brought some concerns.

We were put in a room that adjoined to a room with 2 barking dogs in it. We complained and they moved us. Should never put travelers in a room by dogs.

Tru is known for being a simplified hotel, we like it feels new and clean. Down side the pool was closed we were told they were working on it, but not too big a deal because it was just an idea to waste some time. Overall this is our second time to stay at this tru and it’s been good both times.
