Elevator out of order
The elevator is out of service and was not listed on the website - if not for the wonderful front desk person who helped us get our bicycles to our room on the second floor, I would be incensed that the room fee was non refundable.
I had to carry our luggage obviously as well up a flight of steps to get to the room.
Hotels should be upfront with this website about such difficulties.

An organization, and specifically the management staff, that prioritizes customer service. My cab was late and was going to cause me to miss my flight. The staff knew I was in a bind and bailed me out by giving me a ride to the airport. 5 Stars all the way! Thanks, Matt!
