Out of Africa - this place - these wonderful people. It feels like being on the savanna somewhere in Africa - sitting here overlooking the river and the surroundings. Sounds from the nature - no noise no cars around. Enjoy. We will be back just to sit and enjoy, meet these wonderful people again - and not to forget - the world class breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the most wonderful place in a rural setting but very close to lots of great beaches and restaurants. The pool is gorgeous, the rooms comfortable and a delicious breakfast. We could not have been made more welcome by the staff. I’d highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great location , high above the Miro River. Very peaceful and relaxing with walks from the property. Lovely accommodation with easy access to the lovely pool. Super delicious , generous breakfast. Monica and staff full very kind and helpful. 10 mins drive from restaurants in Vila Nova de Millefontes

Great place to relax. Pure nature and wonderful river views. Monica is a perfect hostess. With her open and honest personality she creates a very special atmosphere. We gladly followed her advice for trips and restaurants. The lovingly prepared breakfast on the sunny terrace will be in our Memory for a long time.

We stayed for one night in Nocember 2023 during our Fisherman’s Trail. If we had more time, we would have loved to stay longer. It’s a 700.000 sqm property in natural reserve, no neighbours, no street just a mainhouse, Guesthouse and farmbuildings. The property is atop a hill with great view, next to a nice river. We forgot something in the room an the host organised a transfer to a hostel 3 travel days later -amazing, thanks!

Wonderful attentive staff & Monica very helpful in this little pocket of peacefulness in nature. Pool is great. Breakfast is fab. Accommodation is just right for the location. Lovely relaxing views. Good value for money. We’ll be back I’m sure at some point.

Stunning place with very nice staff and wonderful service. Breakfast was a highlight with only local products served outside in a beautiful environment. At morning sheep and a donkey shows up. This is a real quiet and peaceful place with an unforgettable view over the river Mira. Rooms are very clean and there are nice small routes around the hotel and you may bath in the river from a small pier. Please note that the beach is a bit clay like if you walk there. Wonderful birdlife and looking at stars in the night is fantastic.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay on our first trip with our 7-month old. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful and the scenery is frankly astonishing. All the kit you need and short drives to some incredible beaches. Loved it.
