This Yuetian B&B is the farthest from Jinkeng Village, and the Jinkeng terraced fields are the main attraction here. When booking, I ignored the specific location of the B&B and just chose to stay for two nights because of the high reviews. But later we discovered that Jinkeng Village is at the innermost part of Longji Terraces, Ping'an Village is in the middle, and next is Guzhuang Village, where this B&B is located. Therefore, we had to change our itinerary midway and move to Jinkeng Village for the night. This makes the game easier. The conditions of the homestay are OK, and the owner is very welcoming, but the squat toilet inside is a bit uncomfortable. After placing two large bottles of shower gel and shampoo around the sink, there is no space for wash cups, soap and other items. It would be better if a storage rack could be placed next to the sink. This experience of canceling one night's accommodation has deepened my understanding of Ctrip. I don't know if it was set by Ctrip or the B&B owner, but the cancellation time for B&B reservations is limited to 30 minutes. This is not very user-friendly. I will never book a stay with a 30-minute limit again. It is still more convenient to book on "a certain group". The reservation can be cancelled before 20:00 on the day of check-in. So, the result of canceling one night is deducting money 😭.
