衞生很乾凈，風景優美，是避暑的好地方。老闆娘很熱情，還特地開車去接我們，特別推薦本地臘肉，非常好吃，還帶了兩斤回來。

店裡養了兩個小動物，很可愛，又很温順，一個狗狗，一個貓貓，超級可愛，各種賣萌，房間乾淨舒適，山裡很涼快，很適合避暑哈！飯菜可口，總體不錯！推薦

暑假了，帶着一家人出來，定了金坑灣酒店，住得很滿意哦！晚上聽着蟲叫聲入睡，深深感受到了大自然的美好，梯田很壯觀！酒店位置很棒，值得推薦哦！

酒店很不錯 老闆很熱情 服務很周到 房間的設施齊全樓下有停車的地方自駕遊方便 位置很好走5分鐘就到一號觀景台還可以步行去二號觀景台也很近 現在的梯田綠油油的加上日出絕了 酒店還提供餐廳特別推薦竹筒雞 和朋友家人來是個很不錯的選擇

房間佈置很温馨，老闆也很好，定好了房間就加我們微信，發導航給我，山路自駕有點灣，開慢點也是沒事的，店裡的土雞好吃哦，看着老闆現抓來殺，湯好好喝哦，肉也好香哈！離觀景台也近，樓下可以停車，真是挺方便，值得推薦

房間的天花板全部都是發黴的，大片大片的黴斑，電視機看不了電視，叫服務員過來維修，也就是過來看一眼説可能修不了不了就不了了之了。房間的窗口直接對着一堆亂七八糟的後山，沒有任何的景色可言，相同價格的建議大家還是選擇其它家的吧。
去到之後才知道現在酒店根本不是金坑灣這個名字，這是以前的名字，普通房間就用金坑灣的名字來銷售，好的房間用另一個酒店的名字來銷售。訂房以前我特意打過電話諮詢是不是有陽台，是不是有兩張床，老闆給我説有陽台，有兩張1.8米的大床，在4樓我才訂的，哪知道根本不是這個樣子，房間4樓沒有陽台，衹有一張1.8米的大床和一個像是牢房一樣的小床，沒有電視遙控，還要自己去前台問了才給，本來打算退房的，老闆説不能退，還説圖片上就是這個樣子的，沒有給錯房間，跟我打電話諮詢的根本不是一個樣子，不能退房要不然就加錢升級房間，原來200多的升級成800多的，都是套路，最後沒有升級。來了這麼多次龍脊梯田，這次是最糟心的一次，體驗感極差，估計以後都不會來了。最後一張是我前兩年來的時候在其它民宿住的150的房間，真的天差地別。

體驗感極差的酒店，一間房什麼酒店用品都沒有，連電視機都沒有，關鍵是住在山頂上晚上還沒有熱水洗澡，等到12點洗的都是冷水澡，房間燒水壺沒有，連瓶礦泉水都沒有，山路還特別危險開上去，老闆就是看着天黑無路燈，所以投訴也不處理，極差的黑點！

房間舒適乾淨，陽台可以看見梯田和日出，真是美極了！車子可以直接開到店裡，一樓可以停車，挺方便的！值得推薦
