The homestay owner was extremely helpful in helping us book tickets to and from Guilin city centre, and giving recommendations for hiking routes in the time we were there. Also made an excellent dinner - best bamboo tube rice of our trip and everything was cooked fresh to order!

Very good location if you want to visit the rice field and wake up in the middle of the nature.

We had a wonderful stay here with our baby. The view from the room was amazing, the bathtub was pleasant to have. The host was very nice, he drove us to the cable car station and got he bus station for free.
Great to see how this rural area develops.

The hotel is in the village of Dazhai, 5 minutes drive from the visitor's centre. Or you can take the cable car up to the view point and reach it via walking paths around the rice terraces which takes around 20 minutes, but not ideal if you have luggage. The host was so kind to give us a lift when we left. We were able to do some hikes around the village.
The room was amazing, clean and comfortable with a big window in front of the rice terraces and had all toiletries inside.
We had dinner on the terrace of the hotel, they cook great local food and they gave us some rice wine and tea for free.
The breakfast is typical Chinese with Guilin noodles, eggs and tea.

Our stay at the hotel was great!
The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They also respond very quickly to all your questions and you can easily reach them via WeChat.
They helped us to book a direct bus from Guilin to Dazhai and from Dazhai to Yangshuo.
The pick up and drop off service from the Dazhai parking lot is quick and efficient, we were really happy that we didn't need to walk up the hill with our heavy luggage.
The room is clean, spacious and luxurious.
The breakfast is really good. We also ordered food for dinner twice and it was delicious! We also got some very good rice wine and tea with the dinner.
We're travelling in China for a month and this was definitely our best stay of the entire trip!

The owner is very nice and helpful. He responds to messages immediately and is always responsive. He also provides pick-up and drop-off. The room is very clean and the environment is beautiful. I slowed down and enjoyed the scenery. The style is very fitting for the name of the hotel. It is an elegant and carefree place. There are tatami mats that the children love, fishing in the rice fields, ethnic costumes, delicious young chicken, and rice wine that they can't drink enough. The owner even picked wild cabbage for the children. Overall, it was a wonderful experience here.
