Fantastic location with views to die for, and exactly as indicated in the ad photos. Attentive and prompt service, including tasty Chinese meals. Language barrier was solved as I was able to chat with the staff using WeChat, which could easily translate messages between their Mandarin and my English. It made actual conversation possible, and good info about the local area was imparted to me by my hosts.

The hotel is outstanding and faithful to the pictures! We had the chance to enjoy a beautiful sunrise directly from our balcony, a truly beautiful moment.
The owner is friendly and nice, you can tell he cares about the guests. The restaurant is REALLY good, the food they provide is tasty and fresh.
Overall a beautiful staying in such a magnificent place!

Nice views. There were many flying insects in the bathroom and the room. I’m not sure what they are called. There were too many for me to kill, and I got bitten during the night.

The hotel is in a good location, close to two viewpoints. The host is kind and helpful and able to communicate through translation apps for those with no Chinese (like me). The food is tasty and the views are great. Good WiFi and hot water.

We had an amazing stay here! The view from the room was incredible and we really enjoyed our time in Dazhai. The owner is super nice and helpful. He didn't speak English but we communicated well using WeChat and he helped us to get the bus back to Guilin. He also let us do our laundry which was so helpful. The food was ready good, especially the beer fish! Overall a great stay. 100% recommended!

The view from the room was simply incredible! Sometimes when booking hotels the photos versus reality is not quite the same, but in this case I would say it was exactly what the pictures show, maybe even better! The hotel was also right next to the hike up to viewing platform #2 which was very convenient since we only had a short while in Longji. The staff were friendly and welcoming, really going out of their way to help us when needed. There was also a place to do laundry and a steam dryer which was very handy. If we are ever back in Longji, we would definitely come back here!

The B&B gave away 1 pound of Longji special glutinous rice wine, which was sour and sweet. Even though I couldn’t drink, I drank more than half of it. In addition, the B&B also provided a pick-up and drop-off service from the Dazhai parking lot. Highly recommended to stay!
The bamboo tube chicken recommended by the boss was very delicious and I finished the soup. The upgraded room was great and I had a wonderful night. The service is also impeccable. If you have any questions, you can ask the boss in advance.
The terraced fields are very beautiful at this time, and there are many people coming. There will be traffic jams, so it is recommended to enter the village early.
