設施：這個酒店是雖然説屬於新開的，但是被褥還是稍微有些潮濕的黴味，定的是套間，想泡個茶，多要兩瓶水還要另外收費，一瓶礦泉水5塊錢，前台形同虛設，温泉池比較少，同樣的七八百一晚的價位明明可以有更好的服務，浪費了好環境。早餐也是讓人大開眼界，和旅遊出去吃的團餐一樣，定位還是68一位，就衹能吃下米粉，玉米，番薯，炒飯，炒菜連賣相都沒有了。如果非要去泡温泉，還是建議住民宿算了。

房間還算乾淨舒適，有乾衣機很好，行李不方便搬運，但是酒店幫忙了，酒店不多加純凈水，但是外面礦泉水免費，有單獨的泡泉池很好，温泉的整體環境很好。沒有任何的按摩服務

靠河流的房間相對比較舒適，喜歡這一邊；靠山那一邊的房間比較寬敞，但因為潮濕關係味有點重。房間裏提供抽濕機讓泳衣更快乾、浴袍、拖鞋等，方便去温泉池不會着涼；可惜沒有潤膚霜。住 SPA 有單獨提供給客人泡温泉的池子，也有亭子，下雨天也可以泡，提供檸檬水和羅漢果茶。總體感覺得挺好，帶着長輩來放鬆一下。

屬於重新裝修過的房子，空間比較大，浴室乾濕分離，空間也大，最貼心是房間有抽濕乾衣機，贊一個。

龍勝温泉賓館最早2004年住過，當時是很有設計的風格的酒店，時代變化這次重裝房間面積變大變成快捷酒店風，人多時比較吵鬧，大人小孩在泳池跳水、阿姨在拍視頻，真山谷真温泉沒有變這是再次入住的原因。

環境滿分，可惜泡温泉的人不行，都喜歡在池邊吃煙，來到自然環境就是想呼吸新鮮空氣，但到處都是煙味，有指示牌説禁止吸煙，但沒有人管，工作人員不會阻止，池邊的枱上也有準備煙灰缸的。池水方温度不算高，就一個45度和50度的，其他都42度以下。越下面的池，飄浮的老泥越多。酒店內部來説就普通，不過不失。
