Facilities: Although this hotel is newly opened, the bedding still has a slightly damp and musty smell. I booked a suite and wanted to make a cup of tea, but I was charged extra for two bottles of water, which cost 5 yuan per bottle of mineral water. The front desk was non-existent, and there were relatively few hot spring pools. For the same price of 700 to 800 yuan per night, you could have better service, but it was a waste of a good environment. The breakfast was also eye-opening. It was the same as the group meals we eat when traveling, and the price was still 68 yuan per person. We could only eat rice noodles, corn, sweet potatoes, fried rice, and the stir-fried dishes didn't even look appetizing. If you really want to go to the hot springs, it is recommended to stay in a homestay.

真好，風景特別好，但這家酒店完美印證了我對桂林旅遊小家子氣，一次性生意，等刻板印象。
首先是供暖，白天房間特別冷，於是我打電話給前台，問為什麼沒有暖氣，前台告訴我下午五點半酒店才開始供暖。
那我就想問了，明明你有能力供暖，為什麼下午五點半才開始提供呢？難道旅客白天就不需要待在房間嗎？
其次，當我第二天離店想要一張停車票時，酒店前台卻説停車單獨收費10元。
我就從沒見過住酒店還不給送停車票的。哪怕你偷偷把房費漲10塊錢騙我一下，我心裏也舒服一些啊
最後一點，春節期間酒店價格已經翻倍都不止了，但卻還要用這種小人手段繼續榨取客人。那我衹能祝你們生意越來越好了。

開兩小時多車， 想着好好享受， 進店一刻， 已經令人失望.入住需要到中心酒店前台辨理， 店方及平台未有提示！ 前台服務員粗聲粗氣， 有待加強客服意識. 停車位不足， 要泊在山腳， 走一段斜坡才到， 另外車不可以開到Spa賓館門囗， 客人要自己拉行李走幾分鈡上房， 行動不便的要注意. 有小孩（兩歲多）在停車場走玩耍，保安員也不理， 對駕駛者做成危險.
賓館七樓通往温泉池， 衹供賓館客用，水質好， 保安亞姨會送上薑茶👍 房間新， 乾淨， 空間足夠， 但欠設計特色， 就是賓館感覺. 早餐衹是填肚， 欠味道. 晚上打電話到服務枱， 服務員很快就到房間處理, 可惜欠禮貌. 訂金¥200,退房後不久便退回.
總括來説， 不要有太大期望. 價錢衹反影可以方便使用温泉.
