老闆待人熱情真誠，環境幽靜，處於古壯寨中心位置，木構建築，古香古色，適合自駕，免費停車。外部有棧道從山下寨門一直延伸至龍脊古村，是龍脊梯田的發祥地，風景秀麗。有機會再來，會再次選擇“古壯人家”客棧。

住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，大概就是普通縣城30塊一晚的水準。環境差，用品設施老舊差到都不想用，燈光暗，衞生間風扇噪聲大，還衹有開衞生間燈就會吵。最差的還是隔夜，住過隔夜最差的地方沒有之一，旁邊的房間，説話聽的一清二楚，樓上的就更可怕，木質地板起不到一點隔夜效果，反而還有擴大效果，走路還會振動木板，就像打鼓一樣，木板的咯吱咯吱加上咚咚咚的放大版走路聲音，真的要崩潰，這是最不能忍受的地方之一，尤其是碰到樓上旅客晚到早起，真的是一點睡不好，樓上12點一直走來走去到一點，打電話讓老闆去提醒，結果説木質結構就是這樣，聽着就來氣，早説啊，再點在酒店説明裡説清楚，我壓根就不會訂好吧！然後早上6點多，又被咚咚咚的吵醒，就真的難受，感覺自己都不像來旅遊的，是來遭罪的，就這樣，酒店評分還能有4分多，評分機制也是離譜！最不能忍受之二，就是半夜居然有蟑螂從牆上掉下來，掉到我老婆頭上，結果後半夜老婆都沒睡好，真的離譜。更別提還有一系列問題，停車離酒店遠啊，得拎着行李箱爬山坡，導航定位不夠精準啊，酒店連瓶礦泉水也沒有，燒水壺也沒有，就連垃圾桶都不捨得多放一個，衹有衞生間有一個垃圾桶，等等一系列問題，真的是差勁

舒適標間窗外是另一棟民宿，離得很近，景觀標間窗外是開闊的山景。房間條件比較簡陋，木屋，隔音不好，但是大家都早早睡覺也還好。被褥乾淨，就是山裡有點潮濕。早餐10元，國慶15元。住在古壯寨，步行去平安寨約1小時，路上風景不錯；去金坑大寨最好坐車，因為很遠。自駕住古壯寨是不錯的選擇，因為人少安靜，價格便宜，沒有車的可以第一天遊古壯寨和平安寨，第二天帶着行李包車到金坑大寨，然後寄存在停車場，游完返程，或者一天游完全部，然後花點錢請老闆把行李送下山。

從來不寫評論。但是這個民宿真的打破了我的想象。首先在景區內，車衹能停門口，還要自己走十幾分鍾過去，本來打算景區門口找個摩託送過去，結果景區人説。“你讓他們來接，我們送你過去還要花錢，你定的這個酒店剛剛都來接了。”然後我又重複電話過去才來接。10點就到了，開到酒店等接送幾十分鐘，到達房間11點。這還不是無語的。房間裏面就一個日照燈，櫃子破了，抽屜裏全是灰啥都有。兩包紙是那種回收在利用的紙巾，沐浴乳洗髮水估計就是60年代火車站旅社那種電視裏小包的。這還不算啥。結果洗澡時候裏面又是蜘蛛網又是蜘蛛。圖片自己看。170一晚民宿。我難以想象。還有。房間鑰匙丟了來了等半天找鑰匙。找到了鑰匙進房間空調遙控器也沒有。配合她們下載幾個app手機操控。結果啥用沒有，這時候已經快12點。實在不耐煩小孩都累了要睡了。才讓他們去借旁邊房間空調遙控器來開個空調。然後另一天退房。拖着大包小包自己走了十幾分鍾，理由是他們現在忙（這裡是因為他們自己樓下還有餐館，點了個豆腐28，一個竹筒飯25，還一個菜半小時了。後面來的都抄了我們還沒弄直接退了）。我説幫我叫個摩託我自己出錢。結果也沒有。就是忙死了。我就想説，酒店錢也想賺吃飯錢也想賺。結果沒有一樣讓顧客滿意開的下去麼？？？走出去時候買東西跟大媽嘮嗑，他們住宿可以接送，還能另一天送去平安寨，然後在接回來。住宿費也是180左右。所以。評論一定要往下看最真實的。我就是因為晚上到隨便找了一家看了下第一條評論以為不錯的人。龍脊梯田還是值得來，但是這家千萬別住。除非他們改善
