房間裏有腥臭味，發現是上個住客用的拖鞋很臭，床單也沒換過，半夜換了床單還是臭應該是瓷磚的味道。
沒有一次性用品，衹有牙刷，拖鞋沒有一次性的，礦泉水到樓下取。
隔音很差，早上四五點鐘就被樓下吵醒，隔壁早上6點多洗漱放歌聽得清清楚楚。
第一次住這種民宿給差評，當時也是看裝修還不錯才訂的，味道實在是上頭。老闆人不錯，要什麼態度很好。

小長假來麗水龍泉度假，喜歡人煙稀少的高海拔小鄉村，開車一路上山，風景很好，民宿距離浙江最高峯黃毛尖不遠，老闆家的水質是當地最好的，喜歡喝茶的朋友可以試試。

酒店外設施比較新想，房間整潔，熱水很到位。
酒店位置離景區入口很近，大山環繞，空氣清新，另外也可以走小路上黃茅尖。
