去每個城市幾乎都首選沃爾頓，這家是我住過體驗感最差的，前台態度冷漠，我訂的是高級大床，她辦入住的時候不詢問我的意見就説直接給我升級啥至尊房？我當時也沒多想，進了房間後就尷尬了，這不是情趣房嗎？我帶着老媽住的，前台也看到我媽媽了，這是給我升級還是給我個坑？房間也小，睡在床上總覺得癢

房間大小適中，衞生算比較乾淨，周邊環境還可以，還算比較安靜，送了張電影票就在旁邊影院，晚餐後就去看了《中國醫生》，周邊配套設施沒有細究，不太清楚有什麼，服務尚可，懵懂的小姐姐，去拿電影票，一個人非要給兩張，也是可愛的要緊。

大堂經理服務超級暖心，進入酒店馬上端上熱茶，退房後還幫助把行李推送上車，超級點贊！還有雪耳紅棗杞子糖水和點心、小吃送到房間，房間舒服，洗漱用品高級，自助早餐豐富！如果能改善冷氣吹到床上的問題就無可挑剔了！

酒店服務確實是無可挑剔，樓層阿姨衞生服務很好，房間打掃的很整潔也很貼心，酒店設備齊全，早餐豐富，停車場很大，停車很方便，這酒店讓在外的人感受到了回家的感覺，下次再來龍南出差，優先選擇沃爾頓酒店！

是第2次住沃爾頓品牌的酒店了，沃爾沃品牌是總部在贛州的，新發展起來的電連鎖品牌。這個入住的體驗感相當不錯。從入住，早餐，衞浴，服務，停車，都不錯。重點是幾小點：①前台前台服務好，熱情周到，耐心細緻。②早餐非常好。雖然比不上五星級酒店的品種那麼多，但是我喜歡的都有，很有特色。③房間佈置貼心，尤其是窗户邊的躺椅，多功能的茶台，有消毒櫃的吧枱。（有圖有據）

地理位置距離財富中心走路15分鐘左右，吃飯走路來回消食也合適，鬧中取靜。晚上睡覺不吵鬧。
酒店樓下是乾淨 安全的大馬路。

睡的2米床 蕎麥枕頭高度適合，床品柔軟較舒服
早餐中規中矩 牛肉湯可以的

酒店位置絕佳，應該是處於城市中軸，房間裏望出去，樓下是一片燈火通明。遠處幕牆上滾動播放的“春節快樂”，烘託着喜慶歡快的氛圍。
然而，更令人温暖的是服務，一到前台辦入住，馬上就有人託着茶盤，送上一杯熱茶，給這冰寒的季節帶來夏日暖陽。
到了房間，各樣設施齊備，有冰箱，還有消毒櫃，妥妥的四星酒店配置。走到洗衣台，發現洗臉鏡下有一行小字，原來是提醒客人漱口杯在消毒櫃裏！説實話，作為攜程十多年的資深用户，漱口杯消毒我是第一次遇到，足見這家酒店對細節的重視，在服務上的精益求精。
説到細節，還不得不提到兩封手書：一封是告知客人酒店有洗衣服務，另一封是告知酒店為客人準備了客家傳統的自製年貨。在快節奏的現代社會，人們往往活在無紙化的快餐文化中，讀到手書字條，頗有“家書抵萬金”的恍惚。
外出晚餐回來，剛走到我的房間門口，見有人開門進去，我急喊一聲，“這是我的房間！”“不好意思，我是酒店管家，送一份宵夜點心”。
服務用心至此，夫復何言！

一進沃爾頓大門，熱情的門衞大叔又是幫開門，又是熱情倒茶水給我們喝，進入房間乾淨整潔，特別是漱口杯和茶水杯放在一個小消毒櫃裏，床台上有服務員温馨的手寫問候語，早上的早餐也非常豐富，住沃爾頓有種在自已家的感覺，下次還住沃爾頓酒店。
