房間很大，很舒服，交通也非常便利，標誌很明顯，一看就看到了。房間裏各個設備設施都非常不錯，房間裏有沙發，坐着很舒服。前台的服務態度也很熱情。 一樓就有餐廳，而且出品也很好，分量很足，價格實惠，一家人在下面餐廳吃了晚飯，很飽。下次還會選擇維也納連鎖酒店。

前台小妹妹很熱情 還給升級了房間 房間設施設備都很好 需要什麼阿姨都會送 園區停車院也很大 電車充電也很方便 小妹妹還給推薦了一公里左右的大排檔街 很周到 以後來龍南還會過來的

非常好的一次體驗，我住的是8樓園景雙床房，面對前園馬路，但一點都不嘈雜，房間比其他地方的維也納，多了一個陽台，顯得寬敞。房間一點異味都沒有，服務員很熱情，一般不是很特殊的要求，都會給你解決，洗浴間的热水量大水足，冷凍轉換很快。一樓餐廳師傅手勢不錯，我們兩晚都選擇在酒店餐廳吃，一群吃粵菜吃刁了口的廣東人，都認為味道可以。

當天提前了三個小時入住酒店，因為是從浙江連夜開車到龍南入住的，很少評價！這次衞生實在是太噁心，床架邊一大片臟東西未擦乾淨，打電話前台説衞生問題，久久才派了保安過來，房間沙發是壞的，坐下去差點摔個底朝天，這幾年每次回龍南幾乎選擇的都是維也納酒店，自這次後可能也不會再入住！

性價比高！之前走高速晚上休息住過這裏，這次又選擇維也納。房間寬敞，裝修大氣，樓下門口有小吃和便利店。前台小高服務太好了，大大的贊！ 客房建議是地毯可以吸的再乾淨些！

整個酒店外觀大氣 感覺很豪華😎房間乾淨衞生，床墊硬度適中，枕頭軟硬可選擇。選的不靠馬路房間 比較安靜 暖氣熱水充足。早餐品種還可以 能吃飽。整體性價比很高 值得入住
