酒店位於龍南縣城邊，離高速和主要景點關西新圍不遠。停車方便，停車位較多。
酒店設施不錯，外觀很大氣，不過服務意識確實欠缺。我們入住碰上降温，酒店中央空調的暖風功能卻不能整晚開放，早上甚至都沒有暖風，起床後感覺較冷。此外，酒店早餐也很一般，人員多，就餐環境嘈雜，菜品品種不多，最奇怪的每人衹能領一個雞蛋。希望酒店能進一步加強服務，提升客户的體驗感。

我覺得房間很大，很豪華，就是老了一點床軟了一點，其他的還可以啊，然後我建議早餐的花樣應該再增多一點，但是酒店非常的豪華，而且是真正的四星級的

有個大院子，停車方便，房間也挺寬敞的，床墊和枕頭比較舒適。前台經理熱情好客，還贈送了早餐，早餐可以，有現做的米粉。

硬件還行，性價比高。就是住了兩天全程沒有看到服務人員一絲笑臉。諮詢了幾次，都是非常敷衍，一直都是我在對她們説您好、請問、謝謝這些禮貌用語，她們沒有回過一個。希望今後加強對大堂服務人員的職業培訓。

首次來龍南旅遊，入住維也納第一感覺挺大的，酒店前台帥哥態度熱情周到，辦事效率快，還給我們解釋旅遊景點，還給我們送了早餐，起太晚了忘記吃了哈哈哈，房間設施也不賴哈，該有的都有，洗澡水挺大的，這家酒店性價比還是蠻高的，強烈推薦!也祝這家老闆生意興隆哈

酒店服務很暖心 因為我這邊帶着兩個小朋友出來 前台小妹妹看見小朋友較大 前台小妹妹看見我訂的是大床 給我升級了雙床房 客房人員也是非常熱情 房間是帶陽台的 廁所乾濕分離 價格也是很划算優惠 祝酒店生意興隆

房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，有電梯，有洗衣房，非常舒適，服務管理是很到位，服務員都很熱情，應該是有良好培訓。距離不遠就有不少餐飲店，有自己的大停車場，總體感覺非常好。
