Wow - wonderful. This is actually a Movenpick hotel which I wasn’t aware of when I booked it. When my didi took me here I wasn’t sure if it was the right place as it seemed such an expensive looking hotel for what I paid. Everything about the hotel is luxurious down to the pillows and towels. Location is near the centre of town with a nearby BBQ outdoor place and KFC if that’s your thing. Breakfast has a good choice of mainly Chinese offerings with cereal and toast but not butter on offer too. Staff had limited English but were friendly and helpful even adding my WeChat and offering to assist if needed.

一進酒店就感覺超級喜歡，是那種低調奢華的裝修風格。前台的設計很有格調，整體用材非常用心，品質很好。酒店停車也很方便，周邊吃飯也方便，適合商務出行。晚上還步行（大概七八分鐘吧）去世客城看了噴泉和燈光秀。超讚！以後還會選擇這裏。

非常有格調的一家店，酒店很新，服務員很熱情，還有免費茶室供客人使用，愛茶之人一下午都不無聊啦！酒店很多蘭花品種，可能就是店名的由來。房間温馨靜謐，暗色系燈光的設計讓人進去就有想睡覺的慾望。洗浴用品質量也很不錯，早餐尤為適合我們一家，手工餛飩好好吃，人太多的話去晚了就沒了，想吃要趁早哦。

酒店位置很好，附近繁華，對面就是世客城，一進大門，裝飾的很漂亮，酒店老闆很用心，前台小姐姐服務熱情，介紹了有服務員免費洗衣服，幫我們升級入住了，房間很大又乾淨，房間有冰箱還有冰飲可樂芬達蘇打水，薯片餅乾贈送，早餐我非常的喜歡，湯粉非常好吃，還有肉餅紅棗湯，很不錯的體驗，還會再來。

酒店整體裝修比較雅緻大方，夠得上四星水平，不過用料、細節上和品牌酒店還是有差距。
前台服務員態度很好很專業，培訓到位的感覺，這個要點贊。
不滿意的地方：
一是環境噪音和隔音問題，房間一面靠路，換了另外不靠路的一面，卻面對ktv，低音炮的聲音咚咚咚地傳過來。隔音也比較差，別説門口經過的人發出的聲音一清二楚，連隔壁説話都能透牆而來。
二是餐廳，酒店價格是此行最貴的，早餐水準是此行最差的，西點檔衹有幾個包裝類食品拆了包裝擺出來，不是新鮮現做的麪包蛋糕；
最不滿意是麪檔，門口宣傳吃好一碗麪，實際上麪條並不一致，配料連花生米、煎雞蛋都沒有。對面檔服務也不滿意，阿姨拿一份煮過了擺在那裡的麪條丟回去燙下準備給我，我要求重新煮一碗，阿姨立馬很不高興摔東西，後來煮了麪我回去拿，正好有人也來要麪條，阿姨竟然先把我重新煮的那碗麪給了那個人，然後剩下那個翻煮的麪條給我。我問這碗是不是新煮的，阿姨支吾了一下硬答是，但神色很不自然，而且我剛剛一直在觀察，兩碗麪條明顯有一碗麪湯渾濁。不知道阿姨這樣做的目的何在？
