地方偏遠，軟件設施和服務太差了，近兩年來來回回武都數次，從沒這麼無語過，進入房間被子是亂放的，煙灰缸裏的煙灰都還沒清理，上一位住客穿過的拖鞋還亂扔着，去前台讓打掃一下，每到五分鐘打掃完了，被褥沒換，説是中午剛換的，跟服務員要脱鞋，態度超級差，爭吵完以後才給

酒店衞生很差，臟毛巾，塑料袋；服務一般，到達酒店時説早餐衹能送到酒店用餐，而且必須是8點送餐（不能提前或延遲），早上又要求到餐廳用餐。

新酒店，設施新且全，住着很舒服，因為主要供黨校內部使用，外面客人較少，服務熱情，停車方便，推薦入住。

優點是酒店位置很好，環境不錯。缺點是房間衞生很一般，居然床上還有之前客人遺留的衣褲，好在反映後重新換了一間房。還有服務意識有待提高。早上七點過了居然沒有前台人員值班，説好的八點半送到房間的早餐也沒人送，後面快九點了去一樓廚房問先是沒人，後面遇到剛上班的一個廚房工作人員才説立馬熱早餐，最後九點了才在大廳裏吃的。還説他們工作人員晚上十二點下班上午九點上班……第一次遇到酒店不是24小時都有人值班的，總之一言難盡，需要提高的地方有點多！！！

房間乾淨衞生，服務到位。距離火車站和商業街都很近。最好的就是提供接送站服務，特別貼心，特別感謝接送站的師傅，人很和藹可親。

房間還行，位置挺偏的，自駕很方便，停車場很大，不是自駕的話酌情考慮，打車不是很方便，一般要等一會兒或者走下去。

房間寬闊，屬於早期較高檔的酒店，應該是隴南黨校的學員培訓住宿酒店，酒店離道路較遠，較安靜，但一些設施比較陳舊，性價比還好。
