看圖是自己喜歡的簡約原木風，進門就感覺大門舊舊的，到處都是灰濛濛的感覺，大廳的燈建議亮一點，房間小，有點潮，第一離譜是房間沒有礦泉水，第二離譜是牆角也是破的，踢腳線業掉下來好幾塊，洗臉池也破一塊，我洗個臉，衣服濕一大片。第三離譜就真的是早上起來媽媽洗了個早，從頭到尾二十分鐘左右，我進去洗個澡還不到五分鐘，頭髮剛打上洗髮水，沒熱水了，直直站了七八分鐘都沒有熱水了，最後衹能冷水硬着頭皮沖完了，真的有點失望，但是不管怎麼樣，房間沒水真的我是第一次碰到

先不説房間設施，首先前台人員的服務態度就非常不好，不知道是老闆還是員工，外地人找不到具體地址打電話問也不告訴我們讓我們自己問路人，真的很離譜。找到店了之後全程也是拉拉個臉，毫無服務態度可言。因此對這家民宿已經着這座城市有不太好的印象。
再説環境，整體可以説還可以，能看出來很久沒有修繕了，比如被水泡過的牆壁之類的，另外枕套也沒有洗乾淨還有泥點兒。
再説外圍環境，馬路對面有一家ktv半夜還是非常吵，並且早上9點多開始又在放歌。除此之外還有類似對面裝修的聲音，總之我住的房間是比較吵的。
最後説退房，退房時前台是沒有人了打了電話前台人員才過來，但是沒有睡醒，還有起床氣一樣也是全程拉臉。
這次來隴南主要是中途休整，但是因為酒店的服務態度和整體情況，這次不是一個舒心的旅行，這種心情也難免帶入到對整個隴南的形象。
希望商家能夠整改

環境還可以呢，床品比較乾淨。但前台因為可能是新手或者學生的緣故吧，我們到了之後，遊戲中。跟我們説房間沒有打掃出來。過了一會兒來了一個女孩子，把他代打遊戲的時候，才幫我們辦理的入住。退房的時候，也沒有退按金（入住的時候是老公交的按金）。當然，後面聯繫了攜程客服，才退了按金。
