這個酒店沒有電梯，打開窗户迎面一堵牆給人壓抑感覺，床與床之間間隔很窄，衞生間更不用説了很小地面上架空成品的衞生間走在上面還空的生怕塌了。

攜程上訂的房，到了告訴我定的是三樓走樓梯，晚上12點到，都累了，有個大行李箱，兩個小孩，那我問啥意思，補錢唄，欺騙消費者吧！現在還有酒店上樓梯的？！結果還是三樓，電梯上去，左側樓梯和電梯都能到？！是補70元可以做他的電梯？！簡直了，噁心

就不明白了，房間內座機是個擺設，手機撥打個半天，也沒人接應，打了三個電話，才有前台接，因為來這邊出差，略感風寒，酒店的被子薄的一匹，提了個加一床被子的需求，死活不肯，還四星級酒店，**不是

總體極其垃圾，在批評之前，先説明下衞生還是可以的，但僅此而已。問題具體有: 1.酒店套牌。工作人員承認，該酒店掛用麗楓的牌，但明顯沒有麗楓的服務水準。當天下午，找了一圈，最後找到名為麗楓的陽光家居酒店，吃驚之餘，想到2天總計1000元的房費，在這個5線小城市還能買到贋品，無語。 2.價格暴利。目測不到250的房間，愣是在五一當天漲到480，快2倍的漲價幅度，要多心黑有多心黑。 3.居住體驗差。所在房間一進門天花板破個大洞，前一位住客留下的煙味久久不散，座機按了半天就是打不到前台。 4.服務奇葩。4.30下午7點入住，入住當夜凌晨1點，酒店前台用私人手機打電話過來吵醒睡眠，質問入住情況，問“現在已經5月1號了，你是1號退房，怎麼還沒退”，我踏馬半夜給你退房？又要確認是否已經入住，實在不知道這工作人員是幹什麼吃的，酒店莫非沒有登記訊息？完事直到第二天退房，酒店及該工作人員沒有一句道歉，從頭到尾，衹有離譜。 總之:性價比低到馬里亞納，建議避坑。

想了半天還是寫一下吧。導航半天找不到酒店。原來是酒店和麗楓酒店共用一個大堂。這個居家酒店其實就是麗楓酒店茶樓的一個配套設施而已，我估計叫招待所比較合適吧。總共三樓，一二樓茶樓，三樓一層是房間，沒有電梯。也沒隔斷，也不知道是不是為了方便茶樓客人來開房睡覺。 説説大堂，有兩個小妹妹前台 一個業務熟悉，一個完全不熟 。可以説張口就回復，反正就是你要啥沒有啥，換一個前台一來馬上就可以解決。 這個美其名曰的酒店三樓頂上就是空調的外機或者還有其它機器。睡覺時候就聽到樓頂發出震動 你説很大聲不能忍受我還可以投訴換房間，關鍵它這個聲音是分房間，分時間進行。大概半夜兩點開始就沒了 ，那個時候我睡了一會 大概6點多又開始。 關於停車問題，酒店的停車場是麗楓酒店用的 這個居家酒店就和茶樓共用一個停車場，有專門帶路停車的大爺就喊你原地下行李。好傢伙，主幹道車來車往，就排隊在那下行李，生怕一個快車經過把人給帶走了。不過也感謝大爺，如果喊停茶樓停車場，那我可能就要十點以後才出的去酒店 優點：房間雖然小，空調比較給力，一直有熱水。好了，寫了這麼多 供大家參考。
