踏入酒店，熱情的服務就讓人好感倍增，前台辦理入住迅速，還主動幫忙規劃出行。房間温馨整潔，佈置很有格調，床品親膚舒適，一夜好眠。早餐種類豐富，營養又美味。健身房器材嶄新，泳池水質清澈。周邊交通便利，景點、商場步行可達。性價比超高，下次還來！

《一次糟糕的桔子酒店入住體驗》
此次出行選擇入住甘肅武都的桔子酒店，本想着品牌連鎖能有保障，結果卻大失所望。
一、預訂與房型問題
在攜程預訂時，我特意預訂了大床房和雙床房。當時大床房的備註衹是含糊提到有部分無窗，並未明確告知具體哪些房間沒窗。滿心期待抵達酒店辦理入住時，前台直接告知我們所訂大床房沒窗，這與我預期的住宿環境相差甚遠。無奈之下，我們衹好加錢升級房型，期望能換來舒適的有窗房間，結果升級後所謂的“有窗”竟然衹是內窗，採光差、通風基本可以忽略不計，完全沒有達到升級該有的體驗提升，感覺這錢花得十分冤枉，像是掉進了酒店的“文字陷阱”，心情瞬間就不美麗了。
二、衞生狀況堪憂
進入房間後，更是讓人大跌眼鏡。床品上居然散落着不少頭髮，本應是潔白乾凈、讓人安心躺下休息的床鋪，此刻卻讓人心裏膈應，瞬間對睡眠質量都擔憂起來。再看洗手枱，同樣殘留着頭髮，這表明房間在打掃時極其敷衍，完全沒有達到一個品牌連鎖酒店應有的衞生標準。作為消費者，花錢入住是為了享受舒適與整潔，而不是面對這樣邋遢的環境。
在桔子酒店的這次住宿經歷，從預訂時的訊息誤導，到入住後的衞生狀況，每一環都讓人失望透頂。真心希望酒店能夠重視這些問題，加強管理，別讓更多顧客寒心，也給其他即將預訂的旅客提個醒，謹慎選擇。

看到是新開的酒店就定了一天，酒店在火車站旁邊，房間裝潢很獨特温馨乾淨整潔，所有的用品都帶有桔子香味，前台小白美女服務很好，早餐也不錯，就是停電沒能好好享受，唯一一點周邊環境不是那麼如意！晚上狗叫聲影響休息！
