Super 8 by Wyndham Longmont/Twin Peaks

Has everything we want. Room has strong smell, get better after open window. Everything is dated but clean. Breakfast is very simple. You get what you paid

The wifi was spotty in the room. I didn't like how I got a text to "complete my check-in before I got there" only to have to go through the entire process all over again.

Twin Peaks Hotel I chose this hotel because it is close to my brother's house in Longmont. The view of the Twin Peaks is amazing!!! I had an issue with the TV, but the hotel staff fixed that for me. I think there could be a few more breakfast items such as fresh fruit.

Where do I start. Upon entering the room the ceiling light was out. I asked for a wake up call for the next morning but could get one because the phone in my room was completely dead. The noise from the street was horrible - better window insulation would be great. The shower offered either ice cold water to scalding hot water within seconds....no in between or control. Breakfast was a joke they offered biscuits and gravy...the biscuits were good but the gravy tasted like warm water. Lastly the air conditioner noise was outrageous...so loud, but did keep the room cool.

There was a fair amount of traffic noise. We basically left early, not making the effort to get a cancellation or refund as it appeared unlikely to be successful or easy. Our family has warned again about the problem caused by 3rd party bookings. I really just did that on an unlikely potential emergency need. Lesson learned.

Check in was not quick. AC/Heat unit was not in good shape. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was bare minimum.
