Big family hotel with many entertainment available, but room condition is not as new. Balcony area is dusty probably due to the road constructions downstair.

The facilities are excellent, lots to do. The staff VERY helpful & the rooms are clean & tidy. The only thing that let's it down is it's location, it's not near anything within walking distance like shops.
I would recommend staying here but only if you are in a tour party or if you have your own transport.

This is my 4th time to soak in Nankunshan Hot Springs. I stayed at Hilton before, but this time I chose Genting Whisky because my friends were there. The hotel service was better than expected, especially Miss Wen who checked me in. She had a very good service attitude. She was afraid that I would forget the closing time of the hot spring and the breakfast time, so she would send me a message to remind me at the appropriate time. This kind of service attitude is rare now. The room is large and clean, and it uses a memory pillow, which makes me feel like I am at home when I sleep. The hot spring area is on the side of Genting Hot Spring Hotel, and it is very close when you walk over. There are also many pools. Next time I have a chance to go there again, I will definitely choose Whisky Hotel.
