首先服務態度我是很滿意的沒水了還可以免費送，而且非常注重衞生方面，環境很舒服看起來很豪華，設備很齊進門還有聖誕樹。

初次來維也納住以前都是入住其他酒店這次想來體驗體驗維也納是什麼感覺,我剛一進門口就感覺我以前住的啥也呀,裏面裝修風格有種像宮殿的類似感很奢華,是我喜歡的類型,環境很好,設施設備也齊,房間乾淨整潔,進去沒有我想的異味很不錯,前台也服務熱情,不像之前住的酒店面癱像欠了幾百萬一樣 維也納值得推薦

總結幾點:乾淨衞生,無異味,無入住不良體驗,地理位置也選的不錯,住高層感覺俯瞰整個隆林百分之七十 還是蠻好滴,前台人很好還沒進去招呼聲就出來了,有種很被人重視的感覺,哈哈,環境啥的都是可以的,設施也是可以的,個人力推

我這個人最看重的就是衞生但是這家店沒讓我失望，首先他們服務很好讓人第一印象就比較好，然後加上衞生跟環境也能讓我滿意，設施也很好我皮鞋臟了準備拿紙擦被前台的帥哥看到了跟我説有擦鞋機，真心值得我評價

服務很到位開票很方便給完訊息人就可以走了，房間衞生跟壞境也沒得説不開燈慢慢氛圍感，開燈採光也很沖足，設備設施方面也比較方便wifi在大堂跟房間都是連着同一個wifi
