這次定的是私湯別墅，價格2058元/晚
1、房間排水有問題，不管是洗澡間還是洗漱盆池
2、別墅房間泡池很小不適合雙人。
3、房間蚊蟲多。
4、更氣憤的是早餐廳！早餐廳不但的食物的味道差（簡直是浪費食材），連服務更差，早上帶到7歲的小孩到餐廳被攔到門口要收小寶的餐費，在門口發了一通脾氣，才得到進餐廳，進了餐廳以後遇見一個好像是餐廳經理的人，但沒有經理的水平，一通指責我們客人，瞧不起客人的樣子（像是付不起錢來我們酒店幹什麼）和經理理論吵了一架後，就差拉上寶寶去量身高。一個早餐吃得毫無胃口。
最後：聯繫攜程果斷取消第二晚的酒店入住。
總結：一個酒店以犧牲顧客入住體驗為代價換取利益及利潤，那這個酒店必然衹會經營越來越差。
最後送酒店一句話：硬件引客，服務留客。
最後感謝攜程的全乘協調，並且有擔當，在和餐廳爭執過程中，攜程客服全程瞭解聽到後説：如果這個酒店連小孩的餐費都要收那麼攜程全部補償。

一家四口週末遊。我們住的是私湯房，房間挺大的，裝修還不錯。整體環境也很好。就是衞生間設施有點欠缺，提升一下就很好了。馬桶圈不加熱，沖水力不大，浴室淋浴水温很難調節，時高時低，要反覆調才是合適的温度。浴室下水也有點問題，浴室洗澡時，水都漫出到洗手間地面了。

應該算是奢華型酒店了，房間涼台都較大，衞生好，服務不錯，環境優美清新，面對着龍裏河大橋（尚未通車），是一個拍照📸的好地方，餐飲也不錯。喜歡私湯，沒有去温泉♨️大池。提點意見，寬大的涼台上居然沒有一張小茶几和椅子，房間裏也衹有一張椅子，實在配不上酒店和價格。

温泉體驗感差，小童水上樂園很臟水又冰，根本不敢讓小朋友玩，泡池的水也不咋乾淨，有幾個露天泡池直接沒有水，國慶節一千多一晚的高級雙床房入住時還要交500元按金，有一説一，房間設施馬馬虎虎，但是離泡池元，兩千多一晚的房間還要坐觀觀車才到泡池，貴州體驗感最差的温泉。

空調跟抽風機一樣吵，噴灑也是壞的，温泉熱水晚上就停了，一千多的酒店比不上三四百的酒店，很不值得。

房間衞生打掃不過關，小朋友在地上爬一圈衣服上全是頭髮。温泉10-22點開放，如果晚上到，衹住一晚的話，泡温泉時間衹能安排在隔天早上。然而隔天12點中午就要退房

雲從朵花温泉門票: 入住期間可以無限次進入。二樓有休息大廳，還有小童遊樂園。非常適合帶小孩來。
環境：整體環境不錯，酒店比較新，設施看着都挺好的。房間裏的浴缸，很大，放水也很快，熱水很燙，非常不錯。
餐廳：入住酒店有50元/位的專屬價格晚餐自助餐，菜品很多。但是！！！服務非常不到位！國慶假期人多，門口衹知道收錢，收了錢後沒有任何服務員安排位子，裏面全坐滿了，還繼續收費讓人進。拿東西像搶一樣，後面連盤子都沒有了。
早餐很不錯，中西早餐都有。粉面的配料：辣雞、脆哨、肉沫等隨便加。

房間明亮乾淨，因為新裝修，很多房間設施都比較新。最主要我們所在的房間望出去就能看到龍裏大橋，景色很美！入住還享受温泉門票，去大橋還有酒店接駁車，整個服務都覺得很舒適。
