I was attracted by the big room and stayed here through Ctrip. However, when I checked in, I was told that I needed to pay a deposit because there were paid items in the room. I haven't encountered such a thing for many years. If I knew in advance, I would not choose this place. When I checked out, I was told that the deposit could not be refunded because the room service was not working and could not check the room. I heard this for the first time. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service solved the problem. I will not book here next time.
