Personally, I think it is a very average B&B. The overall management, facilities and services do not seem to be called a hotel. I don’t know how the 4.9 rating came about🤷
The hotel is a 2-story building and there is no elevator. If there is a luggage attendant, they will help with it, but they won't be able to do it without asking.
All inquiries and answers at the front desk were very official and stereotyped, and there was basically not much information.
