We lived in the family room, which has kids play area and also projector for watching movie. The room is a smart room and you can use voice to control the lighting,play music, movie, close curtain etc. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, and helped us book taxi and arrange pick up for a package that we were sending to another city.

趕早班高鐵，找一家好一點的酒店，看看圖片還不錯，看看點評比較真實，果斷來了!酒店和圖片沒啥區別，還算比較真實。大廳大，房間大，乾淨整潔無異味，關窗不吵，服務熱情主動非常滿意的一次旅程體驗。附近的吃的東西非常好吃。滿意滿意滿相當滿意

服務很周到，酒店人員免費升級房間，還特地送我去高鐵站，司機師傅很熱情，出行很方便，我也是第一次住酒店這麼開心，他家酒店房間設施齊全，洗臉盆地方女性洗漱很方便。入住體驗很不錯，一進店有被驚喜到，感覺前台服務態度很好，很親切説話也很有禮貌，也很耐心的幫我們聯繫接送站服務，全程熱情也很周到，帶的小朋友入住，還給我們贈送了玩具，價格也不高配得上這樣的服務和房間。酒店新裝修大廳一進來看着很大氣推薦你們也來。小孩挺喜歡大人住的也放心。

沒有服務，前台態度冷漠，有個經理很熱情，介紹我們哪裡小海鮮好吃。那天可能天氣不好，衞生間反味，下水道味道很不好。還有入房間人臉識別並不放便，衹入一個人，另外一個人進出很不方便。南山景區遊玩一天。

酒店設施較為先進的，有小度控制窗簾，燈光等，服務不咋滴，前台莫名其妙我們下樓就問我們退房吧，我們是住了兩天的前台服務有點冷漠。愛理不理的。
