前台服務員太差了，我訂的房間對着樓梯，跟服務員説升級一下房間，加錢，然後那個傻服務員給我開的還是對着樓梯的房間，我説退，她説退不了，給我換房間，讓我再加十元錢，你就缺那十元錢，為難客人，真是太差勁，第一次體驗，也是最後一次，這個服務員也太影響生意了，建議辭掉，真不行
