Everything else was ok, but I didn't understand why the central heating was turned up too high, and the central air conditioning button in the room didn't work. It was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. We didn't wear any clothes and had to cover ourselves with a blanket. The child was too hot to sleep soundly and tossed and turned and fell off the bed, hitting his head with the headboard and getting a big bump!
I called the service hotline twice and although a fan was sent over, the root cause of the problem was not fixed. I didn't sleep well that night!

Good reviews. The service attitude is OK. The room is clean. The bath towels are safe to use. There is breakfast. The rice noodles taste good.
