無話可説，酒店服務太差，經理謊話張口就來，酒店的問題卻偏偏，説客人的問題，是地漏完全不漏水，竟然説客人沒關水，還好我走的時候拍了照片，看看能遇見裏面還有滴水嗎？沒關水的話，下面是不是還會有水？結果我投訴後，他跟攜程的客服説我一個晚上沒關水龍頭，地漏都完全不漏水，竟然怪我們一個晚上沒關，還説阿姨搞衞生的時候，水龍頭還沒關，你們自己的房間跟浴室裏麪的門都是一條，都沒有門檻，又不防滑，害客人摔跤，結果他們的經理就這麼處理的，睜着眼睛説瞎話，甩鍋給客人，這樣的經理，就這麼處理問題的，的還好我走，拍了照片，不然的話，我會比竇娥還冤，

環境還可以，有洗衣房這是很吸引我的，但是首頁客房設施寫的有暖氣，實際上是不能自己調節的，是中央空調來的，坐那裡凍死我了，跟酒店説了態度很好，可以全額退支持換酒店，衞生就一般，床上類似這種小臟污有五六處，反正如果想要可以自己調節空調冷暖氣的話，就不用考慮這裏了，都是統一的，別人覺得熱你覺得冷衹考慮多的一方

酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊配套設施齊全，進入大堂能感受到工作人員服務熱情總是以微笑迎接每位客人。舒適氛圍，客房寬敞明亮，環境設施也很好，無論是清晨的問候還是深夜的需求，他們都能及時滿足。酒店的洗衣房比較方便，體驗不錯，下次出行，我還會選擇這裏

出來玩選酒店個人比較看中幾個點：1.安全 這家酒店是梯控類型的，上樓要刷卡，大大避免了很多外來的人員，去洗衣也需要。 2.位置：離高速出入口很近，在總站附近周邊還有很多好吃的，但是地理位置去哪裡都很方便，也很近。 3：乾淨和安靜：衞生的話不錯，房間隔音挺好的，很安靜的。 所以入住幾天整體下來一個大大大大的滿意。希望酒店能夠堅持。加油！
