I have made so many reservations at home and abroad, and this is my first bad review. I traveled with my kids and the elderly. Ctrip advertised a big private hot spring pool in the villa. The day before I arrived, I sent a WeChat message with precautions and reminded that each villa would be given a free private hot spring before 6:30. I compressed the previous itinerary and even prepared to take a bath in the yard at my own expense. I arrived at the store at around 3 o'clock and the front desk said that the water pipe in the room was broken and I couldn't take a bath! During the communication, the front desk kept emphasizing that it had been broken for a long time and that this room type could not take a bath for a long time, with an attitude of ** it's right, but you just don't know. I was wondering, since it was not an emergency, why didn't you make a reminder on Ctrip, and even only this room type had a photo with a private hot spring pool, and it was the first photo! Why didn't the housekeeper explain it when contacting? If I had known that I couldn't take a bath independently, I would definitely not come. Obviously misleading! Later I found out that I really cared, and I contacted the boss's attitude to ease the hypocritically, but I could still hear her and her colleagues saying that she came/she didn't agree on the phone, which made me more annoyed. The communication said that I could refund a few hundred yuan but I had to cancel the stay on Ctrip. I don't want my money back. I posted it so that you can at least change what needs to be changed so that others won't be fooled. The shower didn't have hot water for half a day, the bath didn't have a hair dryer, there was only a small ditch at the door where you could play, and there was no other entertainment. There were also various hidden charges. For example, the villa clearly had a kitchen, but you had to cook for yourself, you could only eat in their restaurant, and even the room delivery had to add a service fee. (But because I was told in advance, I would abide by it and think I could tolerate it). I would advise mothers with children to give up on this kind of promotion and service attitude, and please make your own judgment for the rest. If you haven't posted any photos of bathing, change the promotion quickly, and don't just take photos of a pool to deceive people.

This hotel is all bungalows with their own small courtyards where you can soak in hot springs. The hot spring water is very comfortable, but there is only one pool of water per stay. In addition, this hotel does not have central air conditioning, so it is still a bit cold before heating.
