This place is stunning. Everything about this hotel wowed us, the rooms, the restaurant and food, the staff were amazing, so friendly, kind and helpful. The bar was lovely at night. Room has absolutely everything you could need. The bathroom we thought was a little small but perfect otherwise. The grounds, walled gardens and lake are so peaceful and beautiful. Even though the hotel was full we had a lovely quiet night away. 10/10

Beautiful accommodations, friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous grounds. Dinner was great too! We really enjoyed our stay and wished it had been longer. The walled garden was very tranquil and serene. Nature trail also. Would definitely stay again!

A return visit for 3 nights was as beautiful and relaxing as always. Having stayed on a number of occasions we were happy to find the high standards of accommodation have been maintained. Food in the drawing rooms was tasty and well prepared. The breakfasts are so good and it is obvious high quality ingredients are being used. Thanks goes to Tracey for her help and efforts in making breakfast a highlight. Also to Alan Kane for his hot chocolate! Little touches like this and welcoming friendly staff make a great difference. The grounds are beautiful and extensive making a stay at Lough Rynn Castle hotel unique. Hoping we can return again soon and experience more of the same. Robert and Allen Stewart. Belfast.

My sister and I stayed in October for a special trip we have every time I visit home from Australia. We also stayed in 2022 and loved it! This time Lough Rynn saved us! We had booked 2 nights at Lough Erne Resort in Enniskillen but after a first night disaster (a review has been left!) we high tailed it out of there to come back to Lough Rynn and yet again we were not disappointed! The staff here are just beautiful! So welcoming! We felt like we had come home, honestly! Our every need was attended to, the room was comfortable, large and the beds were so comfy. The food is next level amazing! The chef clearly loves what she does and it shows on every plate! The cocktails were spot on too! The hotel grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking all around them. The hotel itself has a very cosy, intimate feel about it but as mentioned the staff here are the ones who make it so memorable! Thanks Lough Rynn for being part of my special memories created with my sister. Very grateful!

This place is amazing, the service is top notch, I recently stayed here on a trip with my sister, we had an awful experience in another hotel and checked out early, we needed accommodation and so rang around for something that suited and these guys were so so helpful. From the outset they couldn't be more accommodating. Coming from a bad experience elsewhere we felt like royalty, they really go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and wonderful, food was amazing, staff are so lovely, bed super comfy and just the whole atmosphere was so warm and inviting, thank you so much to all the amazing staff at Lough Rynn for making my stay with my sister so so memorable. We are both so grateful to you all for salvaging our girls trip... Should be rated 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Lough Rynn Castle. Room accommodations were great, and the dinner menus were fantastic. It was a memorable experience staying in a castle. We also saw beautiful wedding pictures from previous events.

We had booked a restaurant room to celebrate my retirement along with the retirement of one of my colleagues. We had invited approximately 18 others as guests. We had requested an afternoon tea as we felt this would be both delicious, fun and casual. I had requested one long table so we could all interact. We visited the venue to see how things would look. On the day we arrived tow large circular table had been dressed, several feet apart. We asked for these to be brought together as much as possible, but, of course, this was not really convenient for seating. There was no one else in the restaurant (and never was during the afternoon) and there were numerous square tables available that could have been used. The cakes were brought out before any savoury food. When the sandwiches arrived they were OK but very indifferent in their quality. The way the two large circular table had to be arranged made it difficult for the waiting staff to manoeuvre around the place. The cakes were slightly on the stale side in some cases and, again, nothing special (except the scones, which were excellent and the perfect size). The setting of the place and general atmosphere was very good. When I originally booked I had some lingering doubts as there seemed to be no one in charge of making it right for us. When I enquired about what was on offer I was told to look at the online menu. When the hotel phoned to confirm a week in advance to confirm they said the booking was for 25 - a number I had never mentioned (I had said 18-20). When paying they still had 25 on the information even though there were 18 of us. It would have been nice if one person had taken charge of our booking and had made us feel welcome and our business valuable, rather than just another number. It makes such a difference to the whole event. So I am quite sure I would not book the venue again for any important event.

My husband Stayed in this hotel on Friday Night,, he is not one to complain, but the cleanliness's was terrible, the bathroom floor was that dirty, they had to wear their shoes, while using it.. they cldnt take a shower it was unbelievably disgusting. I’m only sorry he didn’t take a photo. He complained to a member of staff, n asked to speak to the manager, who never appeared. He then left his phone number n requested a call from the manager, which he never received either…. The price you pay to stay n then, to be disgusted just isn’t good enough.

Terrible service from school children running a 4 star hotel. Where are the Hanlys? Why should it take 15mins for a pint of Guinness? Annoying waitress tapping her nails on the till the entire time. Had to ask for salt & pepper? Heineken served in a Hop House 13 Glass !
