"We were staying here for 2 nights because of its proximity to Brands Hatch circuit. The room was very clean but very cold on arrival. However, luckily, we discovered a heater in the wardrobe. The dining experience was not good….the menu is very sparse and the service was very poor. They only had one very sweet rose’ wine available and we had to go to the bar to buy it as we couldn’t locate anyone to serve us. On Friday evening, they seemed to only have one waitress on duty and the hotel was full. When the bill arrived, after perusing it, we discovered that they had added a service charge to it which we did not pay. Whilst checking the bill later, we discovered that they had added an extra glass of wine to it, which we didn’t have. This is not a cheap hotel but the restaurant/service does not match their aspirations. We only stay here because of its location and would willingly stay elsewhere if there was a hotel available."

"A great pub to stay at for a long weekend. We stayed there to watch racing at Brands Hatch for two days and you could not be closer to the circuit. The food was outstanding, we had a ribeye steak and we are still talking about it a week later. The staff were very friendly and if they saw our glass empty it was promptly collected and refreshed. We will be staying there again in the future. Robert Giddens from Cornwall"

"Stayed here a few times, and it’s a lovely new building that’s well staffed, always clean & tidy.
It’s a 3*+ budget friendly hotel, you certainly get more than bargain for. Free parking & the location is perfect for easy road connections. Some of the newly built Marston’s inns differ greatly compared to this one, and I’d say this is at the very top end of great service & cleanliness."

"The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, the neighborhood is a residential area, the room is clean, the family room is comfortable, the bathroom is large, the standard room can not add an extra bed, the room is medium, the morning is okay, the English style is cooked to order. It’s a 15-minute drive to the center of Gravesend. There is a good family home. The buffet is 16.9 pounds per person and fried on the spot. Free parking"
