為什麼平台訂好了，還發了預訂成功，提前一天提示入住，到店卻説查不到預訂訊息，報姓名、手機都不行，還要在APP上查實時訂單給前台看！感覺很不好！平台究竟怎麼跟商家溝通確認的？還是酒店故意這樣？毛坯房改造的賓館，還有很多沒裝修完的地方，輔助設施全無，沒有電梯。
