本來上面説訂的1.5大床房到了地方衹給1.2米的，要換要加錢，有火車聲音完全不隔音，前台完全不清楚顧客的訂單訊息，沒有到退房時間就會催，管理很糟糕，放出的水也不熱，衹能説一分價錢一分貨
