Premier Inn Kings Lynn

Staff polite and good service , meal deals great, locations a bit out but was ideal for our circumstances. rooms have everything, just hot to hot as in pools sweat in morning and night, forced to sleep with window open.

We stayed at this hotel for a friend’s wedding we found it very good for comfort and friendly staff very polite would definitely recommend this premier inn

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Kings Lynn Premier Inn - it was obvious that the room had been refurbished - it was almost at the standard of a Premier Plus room that we have stayed in at other P.I hotels. Only down side of the stay was that you have to walk outside to get to Brewers Fayre - not ideal when it is raining, as it was when we were there. Plenty of staff at the hotel and friendly.

Stayed with our two electric bikes while cycling in Norfolk. Left refreshed after a good night's sleep, hit shower, good food (dinner and breakfast) and the reassurance that our bikes were safe. Staff were excellent.

Terrible nights sleep due to the room being far too hot to sleep in. My 7 month old was awake most of the night sweating. I phoned customer services and they weren't bothered and said the room hasn't got air con and that's how UK buildings are built, I expected a much better response. This is the first time I've ever complained about a problem in a hotel, I expected much more.

Really pleased with our recent stay. The family room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Highly recommend.

For a funeral Room was spotlessly clean Only issue I had was only 1 towel Didn’t realise this till the morning and we was running late

I booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay with 2 other couples and was pleased we had rooms next to each other in the annex behind the Brewer's Fayre. We received a friendly welcome at the main reception though I forgot to ask for 2 keys, which would have been helpful. Delighted with our newly-refurbished room and the fantastic, sparkling clean shower with a rain head and hand-held head was the best in any hotel I've ever stayed in. The annex was very quiet and had a roomy car park, whilst the main car park opposite reception was very full at night, mostly with white vans since a lot of workmen passing by on the A17 obviously stop here. I would prefer a desk-type dressing table instead of the new design's narrow shelf and we found the new bedside tables too narrow. You can't reach the switch on the reading lights without sitting up and reaching out, which is a shame, but the shower makes up for any other design faults! The purple light alongside the normal white light in the bathroom amused us! We were able to walk into King's Lynn along the river bank, which was very pleasant once the first few hundred yards without a pavement were negotiated and this was a lovely way to enter the town for the first time. Highly recommended.

Great stay. Hotel was superb Recently refurbished. Staff lovely, helpful and friendly Great nights sleep Room lovely and peaceful and comfy bed Joanne was really helpful (on reception) before our arrival And Kirsten, who looked after our room couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely stay again. Breakaways also great and as the weather was sunny, we took ours outside
