We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Long Man inn. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with helpful information provided about the surrounding area - the Long Man is nearby! Delicious breakfast and friendly staff made the stay. We hope to return!

Stopped here for lunch mid walk. We both had the prawn Marie Rose sandwich, it was super tasty on lovely fresh malted bread. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff would highly recommend. Good selection of non alcoholic drinks and local beers. Will be back on our next holiday

South Saxons Hockey Club stopped by for some refreshments on the way home after a game. Service was impeccable and the choice of beers from local Long Man brewery top notch. Bar staff were efficient, friendly and sociable. Definitely a return on future away days when we pass!

A lovely traditional English pub. Staff are really friendly, food was delicious, we had steak and macaroni cheese. We stayed in the night in their accommodation which was really clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit again! Thank you !

We had a lovely nights stay, the rooms are warm and comfortable with nice ensues. Our evening meal was excellent my fish pie was delicious, breakfast also excellent. The staff are friendly and inviting. Overall a lovely time was had by all and we will return

I went for breakfast with my friend who I hadn’t seen in a while. We had a lovely full English and srambled egg, bacon and sausage, washed down with a lovely flat white coffee. Service was quick and efficient and friendly. A lovely relaxed catch up We will return very soon

Food excellent one of the best pub meals I’ve had will highly recommend to family and friends staff very welcoming have booked for Christmas lunch because of the quality of the food as being in the food industry i must say the food is cooked to a high standard a credit to Jane and Matt and the team
