Long Hai Hotels with Airport pickup service

Fleur de Lys is located on the outskirts of a small fishing town about 1.5-2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh. It was very quiet when we first arrived, this seemed to pick up a little over the weekend. Most of the guests seemed to be Vietnamese. The resort itself comprises a series of villas and rooms located in picturesque and well tended tropical gardens on the slope of a hill leading down to the beach, so most rooms have sea views. We stayed in a two bedroom villa which was two bedrooms separated by a bathroom. It was smallish and the bathroom had a curtain rather than a door which might not suit everyone, but worked well for us and was great value. The rooms had all the mod cons you would expect from a high-end resort. There are other larger (and smaller) options available. The pool and restaurant are located next to the beach. There is also a large spa offering wraps, scrubs facials and a variety of massages with prices that are very reasonable by western standards (35-40 AUD for an hour facial/massage when we were there). My daughters and I enjoyed several of the treatments on offer and they were all great.The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive, with Local, Asian, European and UK offerings. There were fresh tropical juices every morning and a huge array of hot and cold dishes included in the overnight price. More than enough to keep you going all day! We ate most nights at the restaurant which was located right on the beach with a nice sea breeze in the evenings. There was a good selection of local and western foods on the menu. The pool was large and well tended with a pool bar for cold drinks and snacks. The beach was cleaned every day by the resort staff and supervised by a lifeguard. We swam on a few mornings but spent more time at the pool. There was also a playground and pool toys for the little kids. Overall we had a fabulous stay, the staff were lovely and the location, food and amenities great. If you are after a quiet, well priced and relaxing holiday with family or friends this is the place for you. For those looking for a bit of nightlife, Vung Tao on the other side of the peninsula is a bit livelier.

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

Very good location in peachful area, close to the beach. Walkable to several restaurants, bars, minimarts and department store. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable. Big TV screen, hot water pot are provided. Breakfast are varieties and delicious in Vietnamese style. Staffs are very kind and helpful. They can speak English very well.

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.

Chúng mình là nhóm bạn 6 người, đã có thời gian cuối tuần vui chơi cùng nhau rất thú vị. Chắc chắn lần sau quay lại Vũng Tàu sẽ đặt lại ở đây.

This is my second visit in Vias, and I am writing while on the 7th day of 10. I am truly glad that I know Ms Sarah Hein the receptionist lady from my first visit. Now most of the things I booked and communicated through her before and while on this trip. Truly helpful and make the journey more convenient.

It is in the city centre, 1 minute walk to lotte mart, convienient for shopping food and beverages as well as watching movies. The apartment hotel is very new, clean and spacious, very quiet too. Location, Cleanliness, Service, Facilities(gym,pool), 5 stars! Breakfast, 4 stars.

When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.
