Great service and good food..The gardens are beautiful and the hotel facilities are ideal for small children.huge swimming pool and lifeguards.the restaurant is right overlooking the beach.

We just loved this charming resort. The grounds are beautiful, the room was a pleasure to spend time in - clean, open, well-designed, and clearly recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. We loved the resort restaurant, both the setting and the food, and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Great pool, nice beach area (though we never really took advantage)...honestly, it's hard to find any fault with this resort. Perhaps the only negative is that the town it is located in has nothing going on for nightlife, etc - just a few rows of local restaurants which were (in our opinion) hardly worth walking to (although one COULD walk to them easily if desired). But that was no issue, as we spent our entire week in the resort just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We'll be back again!

The swimming pool has broken tiles that are dangerous for children. So the pool was temporarily closed for more than 10 hours and there was no solution to deal with the many broken tiles in the pool. The room I stayed in had power outages twice, the first time for 10 minutes and the second time at 10pm for more than 20 minutes. The wifi was very poor and inaccessible. I am satisfied with my family's vacation at Fleur de Lys. The space is very large with many cool, well-cared for trees. The swimming pool is very clean and safe. The resort was built a long time ago but is very clean and shows no signs of deterioration. Spacious Family Garden room. Many activities for children and young people. Spa and massage services are very good. Check in and out with the Electric Vehicle for quick pick-up and drop-off. Super enthusiastic staff from security to cleaning. Clean, supervised private beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious, although a bit short on dishes. My family will return if we have the opportunity to come to Long Hai.
