The hotel is quite large, looks very nice in terms of overall design. Quite luxurious.
Because it is quite wide, the walking distance from the apartment to the swimming pool or Maison restaurant is quite far, if you call a tram, it is relatively fast. However, the minus point is that the number of electric cars on duty at the restaurant and swimming pool is a bit small. Toan had to walk home quite tired.

The rooms were unclean with terrible smell from clogged drain, the beach is full of trash and a lot of the amenities/ facilities were closed seems to be from the lack of staffing. Guests are only allowed to swim a few hours in the day in the beach.

Rooms are not clean, especially bathroom, you can almost smell everything upon your check in to your villa. I understand this part because the hotel is old, but it is also the qualification of the staff that cause this serious poor condition. I walked to lobby to ask for buggy transportation to the restaurant. The reception told me to ealk because it's nearby. Told him that I'm tired and want to be on a buggy, but he seems considerate. Then a buggy driver pass by and gave me a ride. FO manager please train your staff to know how to give options to guests, not just force them to do your way. On mu check out day, I called to ask for a bottle of water, they said yes, then call me back in 1 min and said that because this is my check out date, so they will not provide water. Water is a very very small thing, but it's a big minus from my view to Oceanami. I myself will not recommend anyone come here for a holiday, or you will be pissed of by all the small things. And the hotel just simply doesn't care.

Ok place. Interesting location and pretty ocean view. The hotel itself caters to large family and groups and hence is loud and not particularly intimate. The food was fine but not particularly excellent and the room fairly drab and not particularly clean

The worst resort ever. There arent any 5* resort at that bad. - Room got bad smell and not really ready by 3pm. My friends needed to wait for ~90 minutes even we arrived at 3pm probably. - Bad restaurant service. - Room support is given after 3 call and 30 minutes waiting. - Poor breakfast. - Non professional front desk

They advertised that we will have 6 rooms in a villa but there are only 5 rooms and 1 of them doesn't have a bathroom. Most of the appliances in the villas ( B1601 and B1605) are barely working (TV, AC), and no help at all after we called the manager (Miss Ha) so many times. The floors are really dirty and the rooms have lots of mosquitoes. In addition, the staffs were very rude and disrespectful. When we first checked in, we handed the staff (Miss Ha) our ID cards and she lost them, then blamed us that we didn't give them to her. When she finally found our ID cards that she lost in her laundry, she didn't bother to apologize. So unprofessional!!! Also, unreasonable extra charges if you want any housekeeping service, so be careful with all these people. They are a scam
