The staff here are so thoughtful and friendly. Ordering me taxis when needed and recommending lovely places to eat in town. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. Requested an iron and had it and the board delivered to my room by the Manager.

Such a lovely hotel, a good, quiet location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff could not be more helpful, Corrinne the manager and Louisa the supervisor were so welcoming and accommodating, they both are an absolute credit to the company! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a base in Thame.

Used this hotel on recommendation from a friend who lives locally. Went away for a couple days with my partner, nice budget friendly hotel, service was really good! Shoutout to the lady on reception- (I think she had a red/ginger hair) she was awesome!

Feb 2025. Room 40 - faaaar away from entrance on ground floor (all hotel is on ground floor). Room needed more cleaning. But had already moved from room 26 which smelled of mould; and the entire corridor of rooms 17/20 to 28/30 also smelled of mould. Room 40 did not smell mouldy. Receptionist willingly moved me, so, I was grateful I didn't have to argue to be moved. Room was VERY quiet, which I appreciated enormously. Next to petrol station and a couple of fast food places.

Great Travelodge hotel. Ideal location 1/2 mile to Thame. Easy to find. Starbucks and Burger King on site with Asda express ( subway / Greggs ). Clean and modern. Big rooms ( ours was) and plenty of hanging space / drawers compared to others we gave stayed at. Helpful staff and easy check in process. Plenty of free parking outside .

Booked to stay here 1 night as the reviews for the other hotel were terrible. Public areas were clean, bedroom was not. So bad was the bathroom that we decided not to have a shower. I know it's a budget hotel but I've stayed in better backpackers than this. Unfortunately there's nowhere else to stay nearby so they have the market. That said they should make more of an effort in keeping the bedrooms clean. Towels and sheets were ok.

Always clean and comfortable Staff welcoming. Thoughfull always by locating a room near the entrance as we are elderly. At reasonable price. Staff sociable. Welcomed Extra bed linen catered for, when weather is freezing. Parking is near the entrance and we can keep a eye on the vehicle from the room,which is re-assuring.

This is advertised as a new style. It is old and dated, splash of paint on walls does not make it new design. Bathroom was very dated, old bathtub, stained toilet.
